The rooms are generous-sized and spotless, with it's own balcony and a lounge. Shared bathroom is clean.

As backpackers, we loved the amazing views of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu from everywhere in the B&B, including our room and the balcony. the breakfast had a great variety and the coffee was delicious. the host, Janet, was incredibly helpful and gave us plenty of tips on tourist sites, shopping, and where to eat. the location was perfect, with easy access to Queenstown and Frankton via regular buses or the water taxi from the jetty below. the level of service and care provided by Janet was exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The location was perfect for me, just minutes away from downtown and close to the airport in Frankton. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. it was a great experience.

The staff here are friendly and really know their stuff, always with a smile 😊. the building and rooms are lovely, decorated beautifully. the bed is super comfy, and the service is top-notch. Plus, there's free parking nearby so no need to stress about that.

The Embassy B&B seemed like a hidden gem tucked away in a cozy spot. I was warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The craft beer and good lollie jars added a special touch to my stay. The breakfast included in the price was delicious. The views from the lounge and balcony were amazing and added to the overall charm of the place.
